Are Frenshy Kitten Products waterproof?

Yes! Great news... all Frenshy Kitten products are waterproof and are individually labelled to the specific waterproof level. All of our products can be enjoyed in the shower and most will make a splash in the bath.
Is my purchase protected by warranty?

We want you to enjoy your purchase! You have the safety of a 3 month warranty from the order shipping date. If the product doesn't work as intended or advertised, please reach out to us at info@frenshykitten.com.au and one of our team will be in touch. You may be requested to send a video/image of the problem so we can work through the solution with you.
What will show on my bank statements?

All purchases will show as Frenshy Kitten on your statement. The great news is the name is discreet so your purchase stays private, and its completely up to you to share with those who you want in the know.
What are the shipping times?

We know how important it is to your your purchase to you ASAP! All orders leave our South Australia warehouse within 48 business hours of receiving your order. You will receive notification of when the order has been shipped. Of course, once it leaves Frenshy Kitten headquarters we are not responsible for shipping times.
I've lost my charging cord! Help?

No need to panic, we've got you covered. We stock replacement charging cords. Just head to our Accessories section and select the correct replacement cord for your toy. We will get it to you ASAP and have you back in action before you know it.
I'm nervous about someone else seeing the label on my parcel. Will they know what it is?

Our shipping labels are super discreet! Our labels have the business listed simply as FK, not our full business name, Frenshy Kitten. Your secret is safe with us, and its totally up to you to share with people where your parcel came from, if you want to.
What is on the box? Just in case my housemate opens my parcel.

When designing our products and our packaging we spoke to lots of women about what is important to them. One of the high priorities was being discreet. With this in mind, there are no photos on the front or the sides of Frenshy Kitten products, just our awesome name and logo. However if you flip the box over you will see a picture of your new toy.
