Shipping Policy

We value your privacy, and our packaging and postage has been designed with that in mind.
Frenshy Kitten intimate wellness products are packaged with discreet box art, and our postage labels simply state packages are shipped from 'FK'. We leave it completely up to you to share what's in the box.

Products shipped in Australia are charged a flat rate shipping fee.  Orders over $165 shipping is free!

Orders are shipped from our South Australian warehouse within 48 business hours after receiving your order.  Once it leaves our warehouse the delivery time is outside of our control.

For orders shipped overseas, cost of shipping is dependent on the overall weight.  Frenshy Kitten will be in touch before shipping.
