All sales are final. Subject to Frenshy Kitten Terms and Conditions and applicable laws, due to health and safety issues items purchased on the Site cannot be returned to or exchanged with Frenshy Kitten.

Faulty Product - Policy

We want you to be completed satisfied with your Frenshy Kitten purchase.

Frenshy Kitten offers a 3-month warranty (from date of shipping) that applies to manufacturers' faults on all wellness products. If your product proves to be defective within this time, simply provide your proof of purchase and Frenshy Kitten will replace the product with the same or a similar product at our sole discretion.

You may be requested to provide photo or video supporting information to assist us assess any issues.
